The brand is based on Tofu - the Soya based food ingredient. Tofu is currently "the food of the moment" and has been referred to as the 21st Century potato. Tofu has many consumer benefits. In the UK the brand has received widespread acclaim for its unique delivery of health benefits and good taste e.g. Good Housekeeping taste challenge / Cosmopolitan Magazine editorials. Product is available in the UK, rest of Europe and the Middle East through all good healthfood stores as well as supermarkets. Most Frozen Products are manufactured at various sites in Europe - smaller lines are imported direct from the USA. |
